About the Artist

Hi, I’m Brittany - artist and founder of Fox + Fern.

I’m a self-taught, evolving artist based in Austin, Texas. My work is deeply inspired by the stillness, colors, and quiet magic of the natural world.

Art has been part of my life since early childhood, and it’s remained a constant source of grounding, expression, and self-discovery. For over a decade, I worked in the corporate world - building a career in finance and real estate. During that time, art was my anchor, helping me process emotions and reconnect with myself in the many moments I felt burnt out, disconnected, lost. 
 

In 2024, I made the leap to step away from that world and give my creativity the space it had always quietly asked for.

What started as a personal outlet has grown into a body of work that explores symbolism, movement, and emotion through soft textures and earthy tones. I embrace imperfection, intuition, and the quiet moments that often go unnoticed, and I aim to reflect those elements in each piece I create.
 

Fox + Fern is my creative sanctuary. It's a space to share my work, offer pieces that add warmth to your home, and connect with others who find meaning in subtle details, softness, and storytelling.
